Criminal Justice IT (CJIT) was part of the Office for Criminal Justice Reform (OCJR) whose objective was to deliver IT solutions that coordinate with the CJS, which encompasses the modern infrastructure and case management systems in the Police, Crown Prosecution Service, Courts, Prisons, Probation and Youth Offending Teams.
CJIT was a cross-departmental team covering the Home Office, the Department for Constitutional Affairs and the Attorney General’s Office. This intranet was developed to provide internal resource sharing, HR facilities, corporate information to staff, news and much more.

Design and develop an intranet system based on the Microsoft SharePoint portal technology. The site was to provide support for internal resourcing, shared data resources, information and HR facilities as well as bespoke user applications e.g. searchable internal phone directory, events calendar, organisational charts with integrated personal biographies, help and support.
