Office for Criminal Justice Reform – Digital Asset Management

Office for Criminal Justice Reform digital asset management system

The Office for Criminal Justice Reform (OCJR) is the government body that supports criminal justice agencies in working together to provide an improved service to the public. It reports to ministers in the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and the Office of the Attorney General.

We developed a digital asset management system (DAM) using the open source ResourceSpace application. Expanding on the base architecture by developing bespoke modules and applications for document conversions and presentation. Data stripping and indexing for enhanced search facilitation and control. The system was developed to maintain brand assets, documents, photography and video resources.

Internal use only.

The site provided preview states for all assets, sharing resources - user interaction and commenting, tracking data and extended search facilities and cataloguing.
